Genesis is here to support our owners in their time of need.* If you reside in select areas of Florida, and a Genesis vehicle you purchased or leased within the past 3 years was damaged by Hurricane Ian, we will cover your insurance deductible up to $500. In select regions, towing and roadside assistance may also be available. Finally, Genesis Finance (GF) may be able to provide financial hardship support options to affected, current customers, who can contact GF at (844) 363-7477.
Whether you are new to Genesis or a loyal owner, we want to help if your vehicle was damaged** by Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. Take advantage of $2,000 off any new 2022 or 2023 Genesis; and if you are a qualified Genesis Finance customer, defer your payments for 90 days.
Rebuilding starts with community. That is why Hyundai Motor Group teamed up with the American Red Cross to donate $1 Million for relief efforts. Additionally, for every new Genesis sold in October, a $50 donation will be made towards disaster relief.
*In order to qualify for Hurricane Ian Owner Assurance, the customer must have purchased or leased a new Genesis vehicle within the last three years and must provide a letter from their insurance company clearly identifying the vehicle make and model, amount of damage incurred on the vehicle, amount of deductible, and proof that the vehicle damage sustained was a result of Hurricane Ian beginning on September 28, 2022. Insurance deductible support is limited to the amount of the deductible or $500, whichever is less. Qualifying customers must provide proof of residence in select areas in the state of Florida as determined by Genesis Motor America in its sole discretion. Three-year limitation and Florida residence requirement do not apply to Genesis Financial financial hardship relief.
